Job Description The Teresa Cowart Team is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing professional to help grow our brand, strengthen our community presence, and enhance the customer experience through both digital and traditional marketing efforts. This role will focus heavily on expanding and elevating our social media presence, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and innovative strategies to our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who enjoys thinking outside the box and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This position works closely with marketing, sales, customer service, operations, vendors, and technology partners to ensure our website, social media channels, marketing materials, and communications consistently reflect our brand, message, and company goals. Hours: Monday 8:30-5:30 & some weekends for events This is an in-office position Compensation: $18 - $23+ per hour Depending on Experience Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Be a brand champion, ensuring our message, voice, and visuals stay consistent across every marketing platform, • Help amplify our presence by making sure our story is told clearly, creatively, and consistently across digital channels, • Design, create, edit, and optimize marketing materials, digital campaigns, and advertising that grab attention and drive results, • Keep our website fresh and engaging by managing content updates, improving SEO, tracking analytics, and helping implement redesigns when needed, • Assist/manage our social media presence (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and more) with strategic posting, engaging content, and regular updates, • Create and manage high-performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness, • Help plan and promote team events, launches, and marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, • Collaborate with outside marketing partners, creatives, and vendors to bring big ideas to life, • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, and AI, • Strong social media knowledge and experience managing business accounts, • A bright, positive, high-energy personality with excellent communication skills, • Comfortable using marketing and business technology platforms and able to quickly learn new tools and systems, • Experience with video creation or editing is a plus, • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-oriented environment, • Familiarity with SEO, digital analytics, or performance tracking is a bonus, • A strong sense of urgency, accountability, and a desire to continuously learn and grow, • Versatility and adaptability—the more skills and creativity you bring, the better!, • Application Instructions, • Please follow the application process outlined in this posting.
