Position Summary The EHS Supervisor supports safety and compliance initiatives at client data center locations. This role is responsible for implementing site-level EHS programs, supporting regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong culture of safety for employees, contractors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environments and possess a strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations. This is a hands-on, field-focused role that works closely with site leadership and crews to maintain safe operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Implement and oversee site EHS procedures and programs for data center operations and construction activities, • Ensure site activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations, • Coordinate and deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and field training for employees and contractors, including emergency response, hazardous materials, and safe work practices, • Evaluate training needs and recommend improvements based on site trends and changing work conditions, • Conduct routine site inspections, hazard analyses, and risk assessments to identify and correct unsafe conditions, • Assist with planning and implementing risk mitigation strategies, including emergency response plans addressing construction activities and data center risks such as high-voltage systems, battery storage, HVAC systems, and confined space work, • Investigate and document incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking, • Coordinate corrective actions with site leadership and contractors to reduce the recurrence of incidents, • Support regulatory, client, and internal audits and inspections, and coordinate site readiness activities and documentation, • Track, maintain, and report site-level EHS metrics, documentation, and logs, and provide regular updates to the Director of EHS and site leadership, • Support site environmental compliance activities as assigned, including waste management practices, documentation, and required reporting, • Engage employees and contractors daily to reinforce safe work behaviors and strengthen the site safety culture, • Maintain accurate records related to training, inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation, • Participate in required training sessions and safety briefings, • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field., • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing EHS programs within semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech project settings., • 5 years of EHS experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments., • Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant safety standards., • Certifications preferred: CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), OHST (Occupational Health and Safety Technician), or similar., • Experience with contractor safety programs and vendor management., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills., • Ability to respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations., • Proficiency in EHS management software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Benefits Pay is DOE (depending on experience). * Excellent working environment with a strong Corporate Office located in Mesa, AZ to support you throughout your projects. * 100% employer-paid Dental, Vision, Life, and STD/LTD for all full-time employees (dependents can be added with payroll contributions). * Medical plans (PPO or HDHP) with 80% of the employee premium paid by the employer (dependents can be added with payroll contributions). * Generous employer contributions for HSA participants. * Accident, Critical Illness, and Voluntary Life Insurance options. * Robust PTO plan and 11 paid holidays per year. * 401(k) safe harbor program with up to a 4% dollar-for-dollar match. * Boot reimbursement program for field employees. * $1,500 annual personal development reimbursement for all employees. * Military Leave Program and Veteran Support initiatives. * Corporate gym membership rates.
