Duties and Responsibilities: • Customer Satisfaction - communicate with customers to inform them of order delays, short shipments, shipping notifications, obtain custom and catalog quote feedback and address any other questions., • Custom Quote Pricing - review each custom quote to determine the appropriate price and correct lead time. Job Description Position Summary: The Medical Assistant Apprentice is enrolled in an apprenticeship program that will prepare them to become a Certified Medical Assistant. Apprentices are expected to work full-time in the clinic and log 2000 on-the-job (OTJ) training hours over a 12-month period. All clinical skills are taught hands on under the guidance of a 1:1 coach.
