Job DescriptionSalary: Base salary $80,000 -$120,000 per year + commissions = OTE $250,000 - $500,000 per year We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Account Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across the Northern Virginia and DC Metro region. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven business developer who enjoys being in the field, building partnerships, and turning conversations into long-term business opportunities. You will develop relationships with local businesses, insurance agents, and property managers while identifying new ways to grow our presence in the market. Compensation: Base Pay $80,000-$120,000 per year + Commissions = OTE $250,000-$500,000+per year Location: This position is based in the Northern Virginia / DC Metro area and requires daily local travel for client meetings, networking events, and partnership development.
