Accounts Receivable Analyst Our client is seeking a detail-driven and analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst to support their finance team. The AR Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the billing and collections process, performing in-depth analysis of receivables, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Billing & Invoicing * Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts and billing schedules. * Ensure accuracy of billing data, terms, and coding. * Process credit memos, adjustments, and account updates as needed. Receivables Analysis * Monitor aging reports and analyze trends in outstanding receivables. * Identify high-risk accounts and escalate management concerns. * Perform root cause analysis on recurring billing or payment issues. * Track collection metrics and recommend process improvements.
