As the Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be working under the direction of the Materials Coordinating Supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the handling of inbound and outbound material, loading and unloading trucks, and processing customer shipments. On a daily basis, he or she will package boxes with customer parts, build custom pallets for large orders, and use a tow motor to load and unload trucks. The Shipping and Receiving Associate is expected to understand basic carpentry and use those skills to build custom pallets and crates for customer orders. He or she must also work with our ERP software, along with online shipping tools, to process and ship customer packages. A valid driver license is required as there are times when customer orders need to be delivered or required parts need to be picked up. Attention to detail is a must, as this person will be driving a tow motor often, providing key information for the correct delivery of items to customers, and exercising safety awareness to prevent personal and material accidents. As the last point of contact for all outbound material it is key that accuracy and quality are a focus. Makes presentations to individuals and groups., • Oversees donor acknowledgement, appreciation and recognition programs for the Annual Giving Program and special projects as assigned., • Works with Development Assistant to update donor database and gift processing to ensure data integrity., • Coordinates Foundation interaction with residents and families including admissions tracking for “Family & Friends” program. Ensures HIPAA compliance for Foundation activities., • Provides staff support to the Foundation Board and its committees as assigned., • Supports Volunteer Services Manager with planning and implementation of fund raising activities including the recruitment of volunteers to support the Foundation’s work., • Bachelor’s degree required and three-five years professional experience in a non-profit, fundraising environment preferred., • Highly developed writing, interpersonal, team building and oral presentation skills are essential., • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of programs. The Full-time Leasing Agent assists the Site Manager to oversee the daily activities of the property including financial results, legal and compliance adherence and resident satisfaction. • Assists the Site Manager to manage all aspects of a building’s occupancy., • Answers phone calls, messages, and email promptly; within a few hours but never exceeding 24 hours., • Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner., • Meets with prospective tenants to show properties, conduct interviews, receive rental applications, and explain terms of occupancy., • Processes applications and assists the Site Manager and maintains the waitlist., • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed., • Performs or assists with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules., • Complies with anti-discrimination laws regarding housing, renting, and advertising.
