Job DescriptionJob Title: Packaging TechnicianJob Description Join our team as a Packaging Technician on the 1st Shift from 06:45 AM to 2:45 PM. In this role, you will apply Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements in all areas of responsibility. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities • Perform manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products while ensuring adherence to specifications and the highest quality standards., • Act as the primary performer of in-process and AQL inspections and other necessary tasks., • Participate in the start-up and closure of packaging jobs., • Clean packaging rooms and machinery in accordance with SOPs and GMP., • Accept or reject in-process clinical supplies and drug products., • Perform computer-related tasks for signing in to a job, in-process actions, and data entry., • Perform counts of components and drug product.Essential Skills, • Experience in assembly, GMP, labeling, cleanroom, and packaging., • Ability to perform quality inspection tasks., • Possess strong mathematical skills for counting, adding, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages., • Ability to interpret 2D Diagrams and batch paperwork., • Ability to work independently or as part of a team., • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Hand-eye coordination and dexterity., • Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing continuously, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, and reaching above shoulder-level., • Ability to work in various environments including Primary, Secondary, Refrigerated (2 to 8°ree; C), and freezer environments (-20°ree; C)., • Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and executing English work documents, including SOP’s, work instructions, and safety procedures.
