Job Description Precision Medical a family-owned global leader in medical device manufacturing, specializing in the design and production of precision-engineered respiratory equipment is seeking Finance Manager. This role is onsite in Northampton, PA and will report to the CEO. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves, dig into the numbers, build reports, modernize systems as well as think strategically. This role will guide pricing decisions, partner with leadership and set a finance roadmap. This role will have one direct report. ***This role requires experience working in a finance role in a manufacturing environment. Precision Medical offers… • 125-140K Salary, • Medical, dental and vision insurance, • Life insurance, • 401K with match, • Holiday pay and PTO, • Long term and short-term disability Finance Manager Responsibilities: • Improve the company’s processes, reporting, and controls., • Update financial policies, forecasting tools, budgeting and reporting cadences., • Assess current systems; lead the upgrade and accessibility of financial reporting., • Advise CEO on state of the financial health and make recommendations., • Implement tools and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights., • Develop and manage cash flow forecasting, working capital discipline, and expense tracking., • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, cash management., • Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance leaders., • Responsible for cost accounting., • Create and oversee budgets., • Provide financial guidance on plant operations, capital investments and liaise with a lawyer on contract pricing. Finance Manager Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business degree required; would consider a candidate without a degree with appropriate experience, CPA preferred., • 5-10 years progressive finance/accounting experience., • Strong financial systems expertise., • Excellent communicator and educator, able to partner with non-finance colleagues., • Previous experience working with an ERP system required.
