Position Overview We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented professional to lead chauffeur performance and fleet operations. This role is responsible for: • Managing and developing chauffeurs, • Enforcing service standards, • Overseeing fleet condition and maintenance, • Protecting company assets, • Ensuring operational readiness at all times This is a leadership position, not a driving role. Key ResponsibilitiesChauffeur Management • Recruit, interview, and onboard professional chauffeurs, • Enforce company grooming and presentation standards, • Conduct performance evaluations and ride audits, • Monitor punctuality, client feedback, and service consistency, • Oversee scheduling coordination with dispatch, • Manage disciplinary actions when required, • Implement service training (Forbes-level standards, LQA principles), • Maintain chauffeur scorecards and performance KPIs, • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirementsFleet Management, • Oversee full fleet readiness (Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, Luxury Vehicles), • Schedule and track preventive maintenance, • Monitor vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards, • Manage repairs, dealership coordination, and vendor relationships, • Track insurance, registration, and compliance documents, • Control fuel costs and vehicle utilization efficiency, • Reduce downtime and protect asset value, • Support vehicle acquisitions and decommissioningPerformance Metrics, • On-time performance rate, • Guest satisfaction feedback, • Fleet downtime percentage, • Maintenance cost control, • Incident reduction, • Chauffeur retention and discipline standardsQualifications, • 5+ years in transportation, hospitality operations, or fleet management, • Leadership experience managing drivers or service staff, • Strong operational discipline, • Knowledge of luxury service standards preferred, • Excellent communication and accountability mindset, • High emotional control under pressure, • Clean driving record (for occasional operational support if needed)What We’re Looking For, • Zero tolerance for mediocrity, • Strong authority with calm leadership, • Systems thinker, • Detail-obsessed, • Loyal and long-term focusedCompensation, • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives tied to KPIs.
