Job DescriptionSalary: $150,000-$300,000 Position location - Austin, TX (In Office) Role Overview The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing functions across Zinda Law Group. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, managing a multidisciplinary marketing team, and building a high-performance demand engine that fuels firmwide expansion. The ideal candidate has proven experience in personal injury or professional services marketing, understands the nuances of intake-driven growth, and brings a sophisticated, analytics-first approach to brand-building, campaigns, attribution, and operational execution. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on capability. You will design the vision, set the roadmap, and ensure flawless execution in partnership with Attorneys, Intake, Operations, and Executive Leadership. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Build and lead the overarching marketing strategy across brand, digital, advertising, content, and community initiatives., • Manage, develop, and scale a high-performing marketing team; establish clear KPIs, accountability systems, and performance review cycles., • Own pipeline generation across all digital and offline channels: paid media, SEO, social, referral programs, local marketing, events, sponsorships, and partnerships., • Optimize conversion paths across the entire intake lifecycle in collaboration with the Intake Team., • Oversee marketing technology infrastructure and data quality across tools., • Maintain deep understanding of CRMs, ensuring full visibility and accurate attribution of marketing performance., • Build and manage multi-touch attribution models to understand true channel effectiveness and allocate budget accordingly., • Elevate Zinda Laws brand presence through consistent messaging, high-quality creative, and compelling storytelling., • Oversee development of web content, landing pages, case studies, social content, and community-facing communications., • Document and optimize marketing workflows, including campaign execution, lead handoff, intake coordination, and tracking processes., • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Intake, Recruiting, and Attorneys to ensure cohesive execution and results., • Maintain operational rigor across budgeting, vendor management, timelines, approvals, and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Required • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in personal injury, legal services, healthcare, or a high-volume consumer services environment., • Demonstrated success owning lead generation and driving measurable growth., • Advanced expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting., • Strong proficiency with tools and marketing automation systems., • Strong command of paid media channels, creative strategy, and digital performance optimization., • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously., • Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive accountability., • Experience scaling marketing for multi-location or multi-state firms., • Familiarity with intake optimization technologies., • Background in brand development, community marketing, or TV/radio creative production., • Experience working closely with attorneys or legal intake teams.
