Your day-to-day may include: • Assisting chairside with Invisalign, retainers, and appliances, • Performing EFDA tasks like temporaries, polishing, bonding, and more (based on credentials), • Taking x-rays, photos, iTero scans, and impressions, • Educating patients and parents on home care and orthodontic guidance, • Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully prepped, • Maintaining sterilization protocols and digital charting, • Pitching in wherever needed to ensure the day flows smoothly for patients and staff What We're Looking For • Active Missouri dental assistant license with EFDA certification, • Orthodontic and Invisalign experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person, • Confident with digital tools and imaging software, • Comfortable seeing patients starting at age 7 through adulthood, • Strong communicator, team player, and detail lover, • CPR-certified and eager to keep growing in your career What You'll Get • Competitive hourly rate, • Health and dental benefit options, • 401K match opportunities, • Additional bonus pay (typically up to ~$15,000 per year), • Paid CE, training, and travel opportunities, • Employee discounts on dental care, • Clear communication on scheduling, goals, and patient care, • Generous paid time off, including holidays and 2+ weeks of vacation You'll stand out if you're already certified in Orthodontics or Removable Prosthodontics, though we're happy to support the right person in building those skills.
