Reporting to the Navigation Manager, the role of the RightSite Health Navigator is to provide patient support and navigation through outbound and inbound video and telephonic communication. The ideal candidate will be able to empathetically work with patients, problem-solve, and handle inquiries. Patient health and satisfaction are at the core of every Navigator’s decisions and behaviors. Because we partner with EMS teams, we provide support from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. The three shift times are 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, 9:30 am - 6 pm, and 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm. The ideal person lives and will eventually work remotely in Austin, Texas but is willing to travel to San Antonio two to three days per week for a four-month training period. Responsibilities • Coordinate incoming patient episodes to ensure patients are assessed by the RightSite Health ER doctor for non-emergency conditions, • Find in-network, non-emergency providers and schedule round-trip, non-ambulance transportation for patients without reliable transportation, • Complete follow-up calls with patients to ensure that they received necessary treatment, identify psycho-social needs, and connect patients to appropriate community resources, • Accurately document all patient activity using the RightSite Connect EMR system, • Participate in ongoing RightSite Health patient communication training, integrate new skills, and modify patient/partner interactions based on QA feedback Requirements • Skills generally acquired through a combination of higher education and/or social services/medical field experience (4+ years), • Experience in case management, social work, health education, or patient navigation is preferred, • Desire to help people meet needs related to their physical and mental health, • Demonstrated proficiency in applications (browser-based applications, Google Drive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability and desire to learn new and complex computer system applications, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service center environment with moderate noise levels due to Navigators and doctors interacting with patients COMPETENCIES At RightSite Health, we are big believers in competencies. Dangerous animal action, i.e. explosives, stunts, pyrotechnics or any type of animal action that has the potential for serious injury requires the CASR to contact the Hollywood program office for instruction and/or experienced advice. The general process is as follows: • The script will be read to determine the animal action that is being filmed., • Time permitting, the trainer and/or production will be called to determine how the scripted animal action will be achieved., • The pre-production information will be logged in the Hollywood program database., • The Hollywood program’s scheduling department will contact an CASR that is capable and available., • The available information will be given to the CASR assigned to the production., • The scheduling department/production will arrange for housing and transportation when necessary., • The CASR will be instructed with all the available, necessary information re: production contacts, geographical locations, potentially dangerous animal action, wrangler / trainer information, prior problems (good or bad) with the company/trainer/animal species/etc. as the information applies to their work with American Humane., • All the necessary paper work will be given to the CASR., • The CASR will be asked to sign confidentiality papers regarding the production, but these should be vetted through AH’s legal department., • The Hollywood program’s goal is to educate film personnel in humane matters, assist in any manner that pertains to the animal / animals that are performing in the film, and most of all to ensure the safety and welfare of the animal(s) involved., • All reports must be turned in on time and complete per the Report Writing policy. What You Will Be Doing: • Serve as Stanley Consultants key contact and service manager to our clients in municipal and industrial markets, • Provide overall leadership and mentoring for the regional water team, • Lead the development of strategic business and client plans for the regional water markets in coordination with Client Service Managers, • Defend and increase market share with existing and new county and municipal clients across the southwest region, • Evaluate client needs, identify requirements, and provide clients with value added solutions, • Identify new service opportunities, • Develop teaming opportunities with strategic partners to pursue work with state, county and local agencies within the region, • Supervise Client Service Managers in the Mountain-West & Southern States, • Support Client Service Managers to ensure a robust Water Market sales pipeline including accurate information for the regional water market opportunities, • Maintain and update sales opportunities in the CRM database and the opportunity report, • Lead the Go/No-go decision process on potential project opportunities to pursue, • Lead the development of pursuit strategies for key project opportunities, • Identify and bring on necessary and key talent to the existing southwest water team, • Participate in project scoping, fee estimating, proposal preparation, interviews, and negotiations, • Oversee performance of projects to clients and resolve issues as they arise, • Serve as technical liaison to clients on key projects and coordinate technical efforts within discipline areas if necessaryRequired Qualifications:, • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or bachelor’s degree in business management, • Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, • Leadership experience in AWWA, WEF or other professional organizations, • Established relationships with clients in the respective regions, • Proven leadership, communication, mentoring, and client liaison skills, • Working knowledge of design software used to prepare engineering and design documents, • Knowledge of the regional market We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
