Key Responsibilities\n\n • Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns and co-create tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.\n, • Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapting these methods to fit each client's needs.\n, • Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.\n, • Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or may face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive continuous support regardless of their circumstances.\n, • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapies provided, progress notes, and treatment updates, compliant with state regulations and ethical standards.\n, • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to remain current with emerging therapy practices and enhance your clinical acumen.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma disorders, and stress-related issues.
