Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Coping Strategies, your daily responsibilities will include: \n\n • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to gather relevant information and develop tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs.\n, • Delivering individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, ensuring that each client's unique situation is addressed with appropriate therapeutic techniques.\n, • Collaborating with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and regularly monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.\n, • Offering teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual counseling or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that mental health services are available to everyone.\n, • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, which is integral to both clinical practice and legal safety.\n, • Engaging in professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills, including attending training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations within the team.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n Your work at Mind Coping Strategies, Inc. will involve assisting a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
