This position is responsible for maintaining and supervising staff and ensuring service delivery and documentation meet state, federal, and Medicaid billing requirements, including COMAR, CARF, MDH Health Home Manual, and CSA. This position is also responsible for coordinating internal and external compliance audit activities and ensuring consistent communication of expectations and results.
