Job Description Mavis Tire - Driver Trainer Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tire. We're looking for a full-time Driver Trainer to join our Team and support our warehouse operations. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Driver Trainer The Driver Trainer is responsible for training newly hired drivers and coaching current drivers to improve performance, safety, and compliance with company standards. The right candidate will travel between warehouse locations as needed; primarily Southampton, PA, with occasional coverage in Toms River, NJ. This position plays a critical role in maintaining driver safety, performance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Train all newly hired drivers on company policies, procedures, and safe driving practices, • Provide ongoing coaching and corrective training to current drivers who require performance improvement, • Evaluate driver performance and recommend additional training, • Ensure all training aligns with safety regulations and company requirements, • Must be at least 21 years of age, • Clean, valid driver's license (required), • Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and training techniques, • Ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback, • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, • Ability to lift, load, and unload products up to 70 pounds.
