What Youll Do As a Leasing Consultant, youll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents, • Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities, • Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs, • Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care, • Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area What Were Looking For Youre outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.
