Together, we’re building a global network of companies tackling nutrient pollution and improving water quality worldwide. Our Ideal Candidate This is an onsite role based in Centennial, CO. This role is for a builder, someone excited by white space, ownership, and the opportunity to design how procurement works from the ground up. The Procurement Manager will report to the Director of Engineering and will define the strategy, build the processes, select the tools, and establish supplier partnerships, while also personally executing procurement activities in the near term. As the business grows, this role will evolve into leading and scaling the procurement organization. What You’ll Build • A company-wide procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with operational excellence and long-term value creation., • Core procurement processes and best practices that balance speed, control, and flexibility with a focus on relationships, quality, and value., • A scalable vendor management program, including supplier research & selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, performance management, and continuous improvement., • Tools to establish visibility, reporting, and analytics that drive better decision-making and measurable results., • Strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers., • Lead and execute sourcing events and RFPs of varying complexity, from defining requirements through negotiation and award., • Execute direct, indirect, and project-based purchasing to support operations and project execution., • Partner closely with Internal Operations to ensure supplier performance, inventory availability, and delivery reliability., • Manage project-related procurement activities, including proposals, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking., • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, resolving day-to-day issues related to pricing, lead times, quality, delivery performance, and scope changes., • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field., • 8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with a proven track record related to development of procurement processes, tools, and best practices., • Experience in both operational (manufacturing) and project-based procurement environments., • Hands-on experience implementing or improving procurement systems, ERPs, and sourcing tools., • Strong negotiation skills and comfort owning high-impact supplier conversations., • Ability to understand technical requirements, including mechanical and electrical systems., • A builder: comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, with a strong process-focused mindset., • A natural sense of ownership and accountability - you see gaps and fix them., • Experience: Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, ERP Systems, Cost Analysis / Cost Reduction, Category Management, • Strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking., • Work is performed in an office environment:, • Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards., • Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items., • Ability to perform sedentary work and to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing, walking, and reaching as needed to perform typical office tasks., • Ability to safely move through a warehouse setting, including intermittent standing, walking, reaching, and handling light materials or equipment as needed. Travel 10% • Willingness to travel to vendor sites, conferences, and industry events as needed (Estimated travel at 10%)., • Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a vehicle. What We Offer Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $110,000 USD- $140,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, bonus potential, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
