Your First 12 Weeks: A Paid Investment in Your Success Every technician begins in our Foundation Phase. This is a structured 12-week development program where you are: • Paid to train, • Exposed to every major job type we perform, • Taught in both classroom and field settings, • Certified through our internal technical curriculum If you’re experienced, this ensures alignment to how we execute — safely, professionally, and consistently across every market we serve. This is not orientation. It is a paid technical education process. The Tech Ladder: Performance Drives Pay We operate on a defined advancement ladder: Technician I ? Technician II ? Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: Basic Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, • Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law), • Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations, • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, • Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment, • Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules, • Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands, • Commitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days, • Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment, • Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure, • Basic electrical knowledge, • EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain), • Previous travel-based field service experience
