Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:1. Customer Service: • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner., • Take customer orders, suggest menu items, and provide information about products or promotions., • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, ensuring customers receive their orders as expected., • Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction., • Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service during busy periods. 2. Food Preparation & Quality:, • Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring that all menu items are made according to KFC’s quality standards., • Follow food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling, cooking, and storage of food items., • Ensure food is served fresh, hot, and accurately prepared at all times., • Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper portion control. 3. Cleaning & Sanitation:, • Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms., • Clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas regularly., • Ensure all food preparation areas meet the required hygiene standards., • Follow all company policies for sanitation, health, and safety standards. 4. Teamwork & Communication:, • Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership to ensure efficient restaurant operations., • Communicate effectively with fellow employees and supervisors to meet customer needs., • Assist in training new team members and provide guidance as needed., • Be flexible in performing a variety of tasks and help out where needed across different areas of the restaurant. 5. Cash Handling & Register Operation:, • Handle cash and operate the register accurately, ensuring correct change is given to customers., • Assist in maintaining accurate cash drawers and complete necessary paperwork for register transactions., • Ensure that all transactions are processed in compliance with company procedures. 6. Food Safety & Compliance:, • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met., • Follow all company policies related to health and safety, including proper food handling and safety procedures., • Maintain safe working practices at all times, including when operating kitchen equipment. 7. Additional Responsibilities:, • Assist in the restocking of supplies and ingredients as needed., • Support the team in ensuring that the restaurant meets customer expectations and operational goals., • Participate in promotional activities and company events as directed by the restaurant manager., • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure the restaurant’s smooth operation.
