As the General Manager, you will manage all daily operations within our Mount Kisco family entertainment center which includes karting, bowling, a large arcade, a Ninja course, private event bookings and a full-service bar and restaurant. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the center is run according to required K1 Speed standards with a heavy focus on the safety & well-being of our guests. The General Manager holds their Salaried and Hourly Staff accountable, coaching and developing them to be ready for the next level.
