We're looking for a Territory Infusion Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings purpose, accountability, and relationship‑driven growth to everything they do. This is a field‑based sales role covering Southern Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, and Palm Springs, with up to 40% travel annually. Why This Role Matters This role is essential to expanding access to life‑changing infusion therapy across Southern California. By building trusted provider partnerships, you help ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care in the setting that works best for them. In this role, your work will: • Help patients access infusion therapy faster and with greater confidence, • Support physicians and care teams through clarity, responsiveness, and coordination, • Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems, • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners, • Educate providers on LUX Infusion's specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home‑based and suite‑based care, • Highlight LUX's comprehensive support model, including benefits verification, reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination, • Collaborate closely with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases, • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track referral growth, and drive quota attainment, • A Bachelor's degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience, • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy, • A strong record of consistent, year‑over‑year sales performance, • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services, • Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, field‑based role with significant face‑to‑face engagement, • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic selling skills, • Motivation rooted in patient‑centered selling and long‑term provider partnershipsBonus Points If You Have, • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology, • Knowledge of third‑party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows, • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven sales work with real patient impact, • Autonomy to fully own your territory, supported by best‑in‑class clinical and operational teams, • A collaborative, performance‑driven culture While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
