Job Description Job Summary: This working leader will be responsible for all food production, including restaurants, banquets, and all other outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specs and recipes. The Vice President of Retail Operations (Social Enterprises) provides leadership, strategy, and oversight for all Idaho Youth Ranch social enterprise operations, most notably our thrift stores, distribution operations and vehicle sales, which both generate revenue and create opportunities for training and growth. As a key organizational leader, the VP ensures our business operations are financially sound, mission-driven, and aligned with the organization’s values.
