Our Culture We are DRIVEN by our core values: • Safety First, • Customer Focused Summary of Role/Position The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a fast-paced eCommerce fulfillment center and leading warehouse associates to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of customer orders. This role provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for teams responsible for order fulfillment, including receiving inventory, order picking, packing, and parcel shipping. The supervisor ensures customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards. The Operations Supervisor partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, support business objectives, and deliver an excellent end to end eCommerce customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and service level standards., • Plan and assign labor to support daily eCommerce order fulfillment volumes., • Oversee daily fulfillment center operations including:, • Inventory receiving and put-away, • Order picking, • Packing and labeling, • Parcel and LTL shipping, • Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and shipping cutoffs., • Track operational metrics such as:, • Units picked per hour, • Order accuracy, • Pack rates, • On-time shipment performance, • Enforce all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first work environment., • Maintain operational documentation including productivity reports, attendance tracking, and performance metrics., • Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and product quality checks., • Assist leadership in driving a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce operations., • Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment workflows including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Proficiency with computers and warehouse systems., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment., • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities., • Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in high-volume eCommerce fulfillment environments., • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)., • Experience working with parcel shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)., • Demonstrated success improving fulfillment productivity, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.
