This position is responsible for coordinating and executing logistics operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, product staging, and materials handling. This position is full-time hourly, non-exempt, scheduled to work Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm with a paid 15-minute break period in the morning, a 30-minute unpaid lunch period, and a paid 15-minute break period in the afternoon. Paid, on-the-job training is provided and good attendance is rewarded. Position is eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401k with company match, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance as well as company paid holidays and paid time off. Location: The position will be based at our warehouse facility in Louisville, KY. Reporting Structure: Reports to the Operations Manager.Job Duties / Responsibilities: • Receive inbound materials and verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders., • Organize, label, and store incoming inventory in designated locations., • Assemble and kit products per customer specifications, ensuring accurate parts and configurations., • Coordinate daily shipping schedules and logistics via UPS, FedEx, or USPS., • Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products., • Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records using warehouse management software., • Operate branding and pad printing equipment to prepare finished goods for customer delivery., • Conduct routine cycle counts and quality checks to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity., • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment., • Assist in logistics planning, returns processing, and general support of warehouse operations.Qualifications / Skills:, • Teamwork and communication, • Attention to detail and organization, • Inventory and quality control proficiency, • Time management and planning, • Basic data entry and computer use, • Forklift operation and equipment handling, • Dependability and strong work ethicEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:, • Must be at least 18 years old, • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required, • 1 year of logistics, warehousing, or distribution experience preferred, • Forklift Certification within 30 days of start date (requires current, valid driver’s license), • Comfortable repeatedly lifting 3 to 5 lb. packages and occasionally lifting 25–30 lb. packages unassisted, • Must be able to read, speak, write and comprehend English for safety reasons, • Able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours per day, • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone and printer, • Must be able to pass a background check Powered by JazzHR 9TkKtIzfwm
