Job Description This is a full-time position. Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as necessary as customer demands could cause staff to work outside of normal business operating hours. POSITION OVERVIEW The Operations Manager is a self-starting, people-oriented and experienced professional who will manage and guide United’s 3PL Distribution Center. As the Operations Manager the primary focus will be to ensure productivity, efficiency and maximize the sites profitability. This responsibility includes a strategic approach to business planning, directing daily activities, labor planning, operational efficiency, employee management and ensuring the business meets its daily performance goals.
