Job DescriptionBenefits: • Bonus based on performance, • Health insurance Job Overview Were seeking an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on winning new business and building lasting customer relationships. This is a hunter role with full responsibility for prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate is determined, persuasive, and comfortable with in-person sales, product demos, and repeat visits. Youll work closely with our marketing team, leverage our CRM (Monday.com), and have access to sales support materials and samples to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with ethnic grocery chains, regional grocery stores, and other multi-location businesses., • Conduct in-person visits with business owners, store managers, and department managers., • Deliver product presentations and provide samples to potential customers., • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities in Monday.com CRM, following the companys sales process., • Close deals independently, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement., • Develop expertise in DVWs product portfolio to confidently present solutions to customer needs., • Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting strategies and leverage sales support materials. Desired Experience • Experience in food packaging, foodservice, or grocery/restaurant supply is a plus, but not required., • Demonstrated success in building relationships with owners, managers, or department leads., • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from cold introduction to closing deals. Skills & Qualities • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamees), • Customer-First Mentality understands that trust and reliability win long-term business., • Persistence & Resilience comfortable with rejection, thrives on finding a way to yes., • Product Knowledge capable of learning product specs and articulating value clearly., • Communication & Presentation strong verbal skills, able to adjust style to different decision-makers., • Organization disciplined with CRM usage, follow-ups, and scheduling., • Teamwork Works collaboratively and aligns with DVWs values., • Integrity This is non-negotiable
