Job Description Vector Marketing is looking for sales reps to join our team. Basic responsibilities include working with customers one on one, explaining our American made Cutco products, and writing up any orders. There is a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn’t based on sales or results, but commissions are possible based on performance. We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed. We work with a lot of people who are looking to build up their communication and networking skills. We provide all the training needed for success. Benefits • Excellent pay – $28.00 base-appt, not based on sales. Reps are paid weekly. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week., • Solid training – We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market., • Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance., • Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed., • Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and other related equipment., • Conducts minor service and adjustments on markets. When necessary reports defective equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators or technician dispatcher., • Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that truck is properly loaded with all product required to properly service all scheduled markets following outlined operational procedures., • Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services, listens to and resolves service complaints., • Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers., • Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product., • Conducts inventory reconciliation in accordance with District procedures., • Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; preform pre & post trip vehicle inspections., • Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner., • Performs other duties as assigned.
