Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Customer Service Representative Reports to: Mortgage Credit Manager FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Prepared Date: August 2025 PTO Accrual Days: 10 days / accrual per pay period is 3.33 hours Work Location: Fargo ND – onsite position Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm Wage: $19.00-$21.00/hour Summary: Advantage Credit Bureau offers a wide variety of services including: mortgage/lending, tenant screening, employment screening, tax transcripts, and appraisal services. The Customer Service Representative is a Full-Time position responsible for supporting management in the oversight of day-to-day operations of the Appraisal Firewall online platform (“Site”). The role plays particular emphasis on handling, monitoring or reviewing transactions processed through the Site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to work with banks, appraisers, and loan processors to fulfill appraisal order requirements., • Collaborate with lenders assigning appraisers for the mortgage appraisals requested., • Monitor case queues, workflows, and productivity to ensure compliance metrics are met, which include daily emails in the Appraisal Firewall system., • Monitor appraisal orders in the Appraisal Firewall system making sure they are assigned and updated in a timely manner as requested by the lender., • Send past due notices on appraisal orders daily to appraisers., • Provide lenders with support regarding the Appraisal Firewall system as needed., • Provide lenders and appraisers with assistance regarding appraisal orders as required., • Assist in training new team members on Appraisal Firewall portal as needed., • Assist with policy and procedure development or updates of the Appraisal Training manual as needed., • Collaborate with department management to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal policies., • Maintains complete confidentiality with all Advantage Credit Bureau business., • Ability to work with a team in an open office layout Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be able to work in an open office setting with other team members. Education and/or Experience: • 1-2 years of experience in customer service., • Excellent customer service and ability to communicate professionally over the telephone., • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
