We are looking for dedicated managers and team leaders at our following locations: • Eli Lilly Campuses, • Indiana State Capitol Building, • Methodist Hospital, • Riley Children's Hospital, • Downtown on Monument Circle, • Indianapolis International Airport - Multiple Locations, • Increasing Sales, • Team Building, • Employee Scheduling, • Ordering, • P & L Reconciliation, • Customer Service and leadership, • Facilitates and promotes the use of the Companies “Heart Culture”, • Fosters a culture of “total customer experience", • Identifies problems and coaches others to help solve them., • Consistently delivers a high level of service and hospitality to our customers., • Motivates crew members to work to exceed customer expectations., • Motivates team members to continually increase sales through hospitality and service to customers., • Assist the team in achieving positive sales and profit trends., • Adheres to all Company cash handling policies and procedures., • Becomes proficient in all areas of the café. (Sandwich, Smoothies, Specialty Drinks and Prep), • Makes sound business decisions in times of uncertainty., • Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills., • Demonstrates broad knowledge of and passion for food., • Responds to opportunities with a sense of urgency., • Minimum 3 years of management experience, • Minimum 2 years in food industry, • Must pass a background check and drug screen, paid for by CC Holdings
