Pay and Benefits: Pay range $26.54 to $38.49 based on skills and experience Excellent benefits package (health, dental, vision) Company-paid life insurance 401k plan with company match Retirement savings plan 1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours, and on weekends 1.5 pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays Uniforms provided Responsibilities: Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain plant production and production support equipment in a safe manner within the PCA Hexacomb facility. Tasks will include, but are not limited to responding to trouble calls to safely repair equipment and performing scheduled maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems that include AC and DC motors, starters, breakers, transformers, relays, fuses, AC and DC Drives, chains, sprockets, rollers, etc. Electrical equipment troubleshooting and repair will require exposure to voltages from 24VDC through 480 VAC. The maintenance department’s main objective is to support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility by providing technical services in the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, and functional improvement of all current and newly installed machinery while excelling in customer service and professionalism; ensuring our customers get the quality, consistency, and responsiveness they deserve. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 2+ years of electro-mechanical experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. Demonstrated experience with Automation Controls (PLC Hardware and Software); NEC and NFPA70E. Must provide own set of tools. (Tool list provided. Specialized tools will be provided by the company.) Familiar with mechanical and electrical test equipment, which includes DMM, micrometers, calipers, alignment tools, etc. Previous experience with process flows, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic and hydraulic pumps, motors, other pneumatic systems and valves, other hydraulic systems and valves, conveyor systems, air compressors, IR heaters and controllers, large rotating equipment, and other continuous process equipment.
