This role is exclusive to internal project work, supporting our Mitigation and Reconstruction teams with remodel-style plumbing, temporary repairs, and the occasional emergency response for active job sites. You will work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, and field leadership. Our office team handles customer billing and collections, so you can stay focused on production, quality, and solving problems in the field. Why Join Oregon Restoration Co? • Service-focused role with autonomy and high-impact work, • Leader in restoration across Oregon and SW Washington, • Part of a team thats been recognized annually as one of Oregons best workplaces, • Company-provided van, tools, and top-tier benefits, • Get in early on a fast-growing division with room for advancement Requirements • Active Oregon Journeyman Plumber license (Washington license a plus), • Extensive experience with all types of plumbing systems and materials, • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, • Organized and responsive under pressure, with solid problem-solving ability, • Comfortable working independently and as part of a larger team, • Bonus: Experience with water damage, mold remediation, or restoration work Essential Functions • Perform plumbing work tied to active restoration and rebuild projects (residential and light commercial), • Execute remodel-style scopes: re-pipes, fixture resets, trim-outs, tub and shower valves, water heater swaps, drain and vent adjustments, and tie-ins, • Provide emergency plumbing and temporary repairs when needed to stabilize a property or keep a project moving, • Build material lists, coordinate with PMs, and document work completed for internal job tracking, • Identify scope gaps and recommend upgrades or value-add options that improve the end result What Makes This Role Different • No customer invoicing or collections: we manage billing internally, • Consistent workflow: you are supporting our existing backlog of projects, • Team environment: you are integrated with restoration and construction operations, not dispatched to random retail service calls Bonus and Upside • Productivity bonus opportunities tied to performance and throughput, • Upsell and value-add incentives for identifying smart upgrades and scope improvements (coordinated through PMs) Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hours) with a 7:30 AM start time. Due to the nature of our industry, on call, overtime, weekend and after hours may be required. Dress code policy: • Requires wearing common protective or safety equipment, • Uniform must be worn and must be clean without cuts, holes or stains., • Uniform shirt must be tucked in at all times, • Badge must be worn and visible at all times., • Clean and professional appearance.
