This role is both strategic and executional. Youâll craft narratives that resonate with enterprise HR and talent leaders, while ensuring consistency across sales, marketing, product, and customer success. Youâll be at the center of the feedback loopâlistening to prospects, customers, and the market, and turning insights into messaging that drives clarity, excitement, and conversion. Youâll work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams to shape a story that reflects the productâs actual impactâand moves with the market. This is not a âfarm it outâ kind of role. These aren't just any enterprise clients - they're the companies defining what AI-first business transformation looks like across every major industry.What You'll Do ⢠Define Nadiaâs Positioning and Messaging: Lead the development of clear, differentiated, and customer-centric positioning frameworks. Synthesize insights from leadership, customers, and the market to evolve our narrative and voice., ⢠Ensure Messaging Consistency Across the Business: Act as the central voice on how we describe our productâpartnering with sales, content, client solutions, and product to maintain clarity and alignment from website copy to user emails., ⢠Create Content & Guide Content Strategy: Partner with our team of freelancers and agencies to shape strategy and produce content based on your deep knowledge of our product, audience, and market., ⢠Own the Website Content Strategy: Determine which pages are needed, and keep messaging, copy, and content updated and consistent., ⢠Own Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the evolving enterprise AI and HR tech landscape to inform positioning. Build a feedback loop so product and GTM teams stay ahead of the curve., ⢠Support Sales with Messaging That Works: Equip sales with the language, frameworks, and objections-handling materials they need to win. Drive alignment across the funnelâfrom first impression to close., ⢠Lead User-Facing Product Comms: Own the messaging for lifecycle and product launch plansâensuring our clients and users always understand the âwhy,â not just the âwhat.â, ⢠Champion the Voice of the Customer: Conduct user and prospect interviews to uncover product understanding, motivations, and pain points.
