Job DescriptionSalary: Job Description The VTC and Mobile Device Support Technician provides daily operational and technical support for COMNAVSURFLANT Flag Officer and Staff video teleconferencing systems, ensuring mission-critical communications capabilities remain reliable and secure. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and monitor VTC systems to ensure daily operational availability., • Configure and update mobile devices, ensuring security compliance., • Manage and initiate video conferences; coordinate schedules for senior staff events., • Resolve hardware/software issues for VTC and mobile devices., • U.S. Citizenship required, • 5 years of experience with Cisco VTC systems and Active Directory, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, • Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills Required DoD Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience * • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), • DISA Approved Product List (APL) compliant VTC systems, • Active Directory / Microsoft 365 integration, • DoD STIGs for network communication devices
