Job Description Description Description The Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the operational backbone of the Key Account Management (KAM) organization. This role supports Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) and its Client Business Units (CBUs) by streamlining and executing day‑to‑day sales operations. The analyst will collaborate closely with KAMs, Solution Architects, Delivery/PMO, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other cross‑functional teams to improve: • Process consistency, • Data quality, • Reporting accuracy, • Execution speed This is a fast‑paced, multi‑technology environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Execution • Manage and standardize recurring sales operations activities (weekly/monthly reporting, cadence support, trackers, and status updates), • Ensure consistency across HAEA and all CBUsCRM Management, • Maintain accurate CRM data (opportunities, accounts, contacts, activities), • Drive data completeness and quality, • Enforce stage definitions and close‑date disciplineReporting & Forecasting, • Produce dashboards and executive summaries, including:, • Pipeline, • Bookings, • Renewals and expansions, • Backlog, • Risks and next actions, • Support ad hoc analysis for leadershipDeal Support & Coordination, • Coordinate internal processes from concept to execution:, • Intake routing, • Approvals, • Effort estimates, • Pricing inputs, • Documentation readinessContract Lifecycle Management, • Track SOWs, amendments, renewals, and milestones, • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure timely processingAccounts Receivable (AR) Oversight, • Track AR activities tied to KAM/CBU engagements, • Align invoicing with milestones, • Monitor aging and support collections through follow‑upsProcurement & Financial Operations, • Manage Purchase Requests (PRs), ES, and GAR:, • Submission, tracking, and approvals, • Oversee Purchase Orders (POs):, • Align with scope and budget, • Reconcile against milestones and invoices, • Resolve discrepancies with internal teamsCross‑Functional Coordination, • Track action items across teams, • Clarify ownership, deadlines, and dependencies, • Remove operational bottlenecksProcess Improvement, • Identify inefficiencies and root causes, • Drive automation and simplification, • Document SOPs, templates, and checklistsClient & Reporting Support, • Prepare client‑facing materials:, • Meeting decks, • QBR/MBR inputs, • Action and decision logs, • Executive summariesTools & Technology Enablement, • Support use of tools such as:, • CRM systems, • Microsoft 365, • Reporting/analytics platforms, • Coordinate with IT to resolve issuesCompliance & Confidentiality, • Handle sensitive data appropriately, • Follow HAEA policies and security standardsRequired Skills, • Salesforce, • Reporting and analyticsTop Skills, • Salesforce, • ReportingAdditional QualificationsRequired, • Salesforce experience (mandatory), • 5+ years in:, • Sales Operations, • Sales Support, • Revenue Operations, • Deal Desk, • Business OperationsPreferred, • Bilingual in Korean (not required)Core Competencies, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, • Strong project coordination and follow‑through, • Advanced Excel skills:, • Pivot tables, • Lookups, • Data validation, • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, • Experience with Salesforce CRM and pipeline reporting, • Experience with SAP (PR/PO processing, AR visibility, reporting), • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), • High attention to detail and ownership mindset, • Strong documentation practices, • Familiarity with:, • SOWs and MSAs, • Commercial terms, • Cross‑functional workflows Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
