Develop changes and/or modifications when appropriate, • Audit and maintain integrity of operations-centric data in all tools and systems, including proper closure of tickets/tasks with updates, • Assist with the development of workflows and procedures for team based on industry standard ITSM framework, • Maintain shift coverage schedule for employees, including coordinating coverage for time off requests and approving timesheets, • Conduct performance reviews for team members, • Lead by doing, and actively work customer cases while maintaining technical knowledge needed to function as a member of the team Education and Experience, • 2 years of technical and customer technical support supervisor experience, preferably with Data Center technologies or in a NOC environment, • 2 years’ experience managing a technical team, • Basic knowledge of, or 2 years’ experience supporting and administering any of the following:, • ServiceNow (Incident, Event, Case, Interactions, Publications, Configuration Management, etc), • Windows, Linux, and/or IBMi server Operating Systems, • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V), • Server Hardware (Dell or HP), • AWS/Azure, • Backup (Veeam, Commvault, and Carbonite/eVault), • WAN/LAN/SDWAN Networks, • Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Sonicwall, Palo Alto), • Monitoring (Zabbix, ScienceLogic, Nagios, etc), • File and SAN Storage hardware (Pure, NetApp, IBM)

Job Summary The Conference Services Coordinator will interact closely with the Firm’s executives and administrative staff to ensure the seamless planning and coordination of meetings, conferences and other events held at the account. Key Responsibilities: • The overall oversight of an event from before, during, and after execution., • Handling meeting room bookings, utilizing the reservation system (EMS) and focusing on the strategic assignment of meeting space so as to maximize utilization., • Coordinating a wide range of services for meetings which have been booked, including Audio/Visual requirements, food and beverage requests, conference room and furniture set-ups, signage, distribution of materials, etc., • Ensuring that all COVID-19 sanitary precautions, protocols, and social-distancing mandates are followed from beginning to end of the event. Communicating such relevant protocols to the client during the planning process., • Conferring with clients before, during and after their events, maintaining a positive relationship and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner., • Communicating to all relevant internal departments and subcontractors the specific needs of the client, both in advance of and during the course of meetings., • Producing Event Protocols and/or comprehensive meeting “resumes” in order to document events and share detailed information with all involved departments. Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously., • Excellent oral and written communication skills., • Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment., • Full knowledge of the conference center reservation system (EMS)., • Ability to work calmly and effectively in stressful situations., • Exceptional client service skills to exceed expectations, • Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence, down to the smallest of details., • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality., • Excelling as a team member, with a passion for delivering the “Citi in Practice” standard and focused on total customer satisfaction., • Maintaining a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility both within and outside one’s job domain., • A college graduate with two years of conference planning experience in a conference center or corporate environment.
