Role Description: As an Account Manager / Onboarding Specialist for Michele Harris Meeks - State Farm Agent, you play a key role in supporting new and existing customers. Youll guide new clients through the onboarding processincluding forms, mileage verification, and underwriting follow-upand support customers through the process. This role combines administrative precision with customer care, helping ensure a smooth and responsive experience. Youll collaborate with our team to maintain strong client relationships and provide reliable service during important moments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, behind-the-scenes work and also values customer connection. Key Responsibilities: • Guide new clients through the onboarding process., • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options., • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities., • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records., • Assist with policy updates and respond to customer inquiries., • Coordinate with underwriting to ensure timely issuance of policies.Qualifications:, • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Strong communication and customer service abilities., • Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative work preferred., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
