Job Description Are you a new college grad looking to break into the world of Human Resources? Are you looking to put your valuable skills to use at a company that values YOU? As an Employee Experience (EE) Coordinator, you will learn all facets of Human Resources while providing excellent internal service. You will assist with recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, file maintenance, and special projects that interest you. You will make a positive, lasting impact on both NuMark Credit Union's employees and members (customers) alike. What You'll Do: • In collaboration with the Recruiting & Payroll Specialist, screens applicants/resumes by providing feedback and/or proper disposition within the applicant tracking system and for resume harvesting., • Communicates promptly, providing recruitment updates to candidates and hiring managers., • Schedules all phone screen calls and interviews promptly and accurately., • Assists with new hire preboarding and onboarding tasks., • Assists with new hire orientations., • Collaborates with Senior Employee Experience Specialist to ensure payroll database reflects current and accurate information. Verifies and inputs pay and data changes., • Maintains the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to reflect new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other changes., • Reviews staff timecards for accuracy prior to processing payroll on bi-weekly basis., • Assists with compliance documentation and HR reporting., • Maintains physical files according to employment/labor regulations., • Assists in benefits administration as needed., • Assists with various departmental projects as needed. Qualifications: • A college degree is required. No direct professional experience is required, but a general understanding of human resources functions is essential., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required., • Ability to think critically and solve problems logically is required., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information is required., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required., • Ability to travel between multiple branches is required., • Knowledge of employment/labor laws is preferred.
