Workday Analyst – Payroll and Time Tracking will support, maintain, and optimize our Workday HCM system with a focus on Payroll and Time Tracking modules. This role will partner with Payroll, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate system configuration, testing, and data integrity, as well as to support ongoing enhancements and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules. Also includes supporting other time tracking systems such as Reflexis (Zebra)., • Configure and maintain Workday pay components, and time tracking rules., • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements., • Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new Workday features and functionality., • Troubleshoot payroll and time tracking issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions., • Develop and maintain payroll and time-related reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools., • Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll and timekeeping regulations for US and Canada., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, system enhancements, and integrations with third-party vendors., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)., • 3+ years of Workday HCM experience with a focus on Payroll and Time Tracking modules., • Strong understanding of US and Canadian payroll processes, wage and hour compliance, and timekeeping practices., • Experience with Workday configuration, calculated fields, EIBs, and reporting., • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Experience supporting Canadian payroll and time tracking in Workday., • Knowledge of integrations between Workday and payroll/timekeeping vendors., • Workday Payroll and/or Time Tracking certification., • Experience working in a multi-state, multi-entity organization. About the role: The Hospice Care Consultant provides education and brings awareness to the hospice benefit with a primary focus on developing and maintaining relationships that give access to eligible patients to receive hospice services. Job Responsibilities: • Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget., • Initiates marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections., • Conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary projections., • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources., • Educates facilities, families, and the community at large on the hospice benefit., • Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs., • Support care team in field by gathering referral information, helping to obtain orders, following up on pending referrals., • Ensure annual education is completed and documented., • Accountable to goals set by agency leadership including development of unique referral sources, territory growth, achieving admission/census goals. 1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred., 2. At least two (2) years experience in health care marketing, preferably in hospice care preferred., 3. Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems., 4. Demonstrate organizational skills., 5. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills., 6. Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving. • Communication: Demonstrate knowledge to reply and receive information to and from others., • Customer Service: Works with customers to assess their needs in an effort to meet/exceed requirements and expectations., • Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates knowledge on how to manage oneself and how to interact successfully with others.
