Job Title: Consultant/Senior Consultant (Delivery-Focused 360 Recruiter) Location: Dallas, TX – Uptown (Onsite) Compensation: $100k+ OTE (Base Salary + Commissions) About the Role Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Consultant to focus on sourcing and delivering top-tier Transmission Line (T-Line) Engineers across the United States. This role is centered around candidate generation, talent engagement, and full-cycle recruitment execution within the Transmission & Distribution sector. You’ll partner closely with Client Sales Consultants to identify, attract, and place highly specialized T-Line Engineers supporting major utility and infrastructure projects nationwide.
