The salary range for this position is $109,750.00- $115,996.50. Position Overview This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across finance, customer relationships, and logistics. Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Finance * Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks . * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment reconciliation. * Monitor customer account balances and follow up on outstanding payments. * Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management. * Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and inventory-related financial records. * Coordinate with the external accountant as needed. Customer Service * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and account questions. * Process incoming orders via phone, email, or online systems. * Handle product questions, resolve issues, and provide timely, accurate information. * Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. * Track customer feedback and report trends to the management team. Operations & Logistics Support * Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and warehouse staff. * Assist with inventory management, product availability checks, and stock reconciliation. * Prepare order sheets, pick lists, and dispatch information. * Help streamline operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. * Provide general administrative support to the operations team. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration. * Experience in customer service or operations—food distribution or related industry a plus. * Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar), Excel/Google Sheets, and general office software. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of food distribution, logistics, or inventory systems preferred but not required.
