Key Responsibilities • Enter and maintain project data in ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate, real-time information., • Coordinate administrative tasks including document control, recordkeeping, and project organization., • Support project teams with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination., • Process timesheets as well as A/P and A/R transactions, including billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks., • Oversee general office functions such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and organizing filing systems., • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, clients, and vendors., • Assist with procurement: order materials, track purchase orders, and monitor delivery timelines., • Proofread reports, correspondence, and project documents for accuracy., • Update and post content on company social media accounts.Qualifications, • Experience in office administration or clerical work within construction or a related industry., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)., • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is highly preferred., • Bookkeeping or accounting experience using QuickBooks or similar software is a plus., • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities., • Professional customer service skills, including phone etiquette on multi-line systems., • Experience supporting project teams with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management., • Strong computer literacy and a solid understanding of office management best practices.
