The Quality Technician performs inspection on Jtec automated cart systems, including finished product, sub-assemblies, incoming material and electrical assemblies. Duties and responsibilities • Ensures all components are correctly fabricated/coated/assembled prior to leaving location., • Understands Jtec products and processes., • Inspects product for conformance to print and inspection forms., • Escalates non-conformances found and ensure correction or acceptance per engineering., • Trains shop personnel in correct policies and procedures., • Must be able to read and understand prints/schematics on a high level and understand the intent of the design., • Assists with 3rd party audits and actions related to findings and be certified as an internal auditor., • Ability to revise controlled documents to submit for review and approval., • Ability to support quality functions at all locations., • Works with operations and engineering to ensure a quality product is produced., • Prioritizes the inspection queue based upon changing production requirements throughout the day., • Recommends improvements to engineering/operations as necessary., • Informs Quality Manager of any trends seen within the process that do not comply with designs., • Acts as a resource for manufacturing engineers, application engineers, and supervisors on identified defects and work with team to find a solution., • Checks sampling of incoming material for quality and specifications including kits., • Assumes ownership of quality processes and procedures., • Performs inventory and material handling duties as directed to support Washington operations., • Education and Experience, • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate), • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
