Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative Alternate Job Titles • Phlebotomist, • Patient Services Technician, • Lab Collection Specialist, • Specimen Processing Technician, • Type: Contract, • Duration: ~3.5 months, • Shift/Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST, • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections with accuracy and care., • Verify patient demographic information and confirm proper specimen labeling in patient’s presence., • Maintain required records and documentation of patient services., • Ensure a safe and professional environment for patients and staff., • Demonstrate customer-focused service excellence and confidentiality., • Travel to and cover multiple service centers or physician offices as required., • Support company initiatives, policies, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.Required Experience, • At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary., • 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred., • Customer service background in healthcare, retail, or service environments., • Keyboard/data entry experience.Required Education, • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)., • Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred., • Phlebotomy certification preferred (mandatory only in CA, NV, WA).Required Skills, • Strong proficiency in phlebotomy across diverse patient populations., • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment., • Flexibility to support rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays., • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel required).Preferred Skills, • Familiarity with compliance requirements and lab systems., • Knowledge of infection control standards.Additional Skills, • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities., • Organizational commitment and ability to adapt to change., • Effective multitasking in high-volume settings.Benefits, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #gttqst #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
