Vascular Health Partners Community Care Physicians (CCP) | Capital Region, New York Position Overview Community Care Physicians (CCP) is seeking an experienced or highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Vascular Health Partners, one of the Capital Region's premier vascular surgery practices. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside four board-certified vascular surgeons and an experienced team of advanced practice providers specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex arterial and venous disease. Vascular Health Partners is nationally recognized for its expertise in minimally invasive endovascular procedures, vascular surgery, research, and patient education.
