This is a hands-on role for a motivated, detail-oriented leader who can inspire a team and improve processes.Your core responsibilities will include: • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive, high-performing, and safe work environment., • Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and productivity targets., • Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement., • Inventory Control: Maintain high inventory accuracy by overseeing counts, managing data, and ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed., • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure top-tier service by focusing on inventory accuracy and efficient handling, which directly impacts our customers., • Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment., • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills., • Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus., • Certifications: High School Diploma or GED is required., • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
