An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required full training is provided. About Our Programs • Lil Kickers (18 months5 years): A nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skills, • Skills Institute (510 years): A structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression Our culture is built around positivity, inclusion, and growth for kids and coaches alike. What Youll Do • Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes, • Set up and break down equipment before and after class, • Communicate with families before and after sessions, • Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for kids Schedule & Commitment • Classes run on consistent weekly schedules, • Most coaches work 24 shifts per week, • Weekend availability is a plus, • Best fit for candidates who can commit for multiple sessions, not just a few weeks Training & Growth • Paid training (3035 hours over approximately 6 weeks), • Combination of online learning and on-field coaching practice, • Ongoing feedback and on-site support from experienced coaches, • Opportunities to grow into Mentor Coach and Site Lead roles Pay & Perks • Pay increases based on training completion, tenure, and leadership roles, • Individual quarterly retention bonus, • Quarterly leadership training, • Team outings, competitions, and contests, • Additional paid opportunities (birthday parties and special events) Who Thrives in This Role • Enjoys working with young children, • Reliable, punctual, and positive, • Communicates well with families, • Open to feedback and growth Backgrounds that often do well include: • College students (education, psychology, kinesiology, leadership, etc.), • Former athletes or coaches, • Camp counselors, youth leaders, or teachers, • Adults seeking meaningful, consistent part-time work No prior coaching experience is required.
