Job Description FL Consulting Group LLC is the Staffing Manager of Flora Craft Brands (), an IL-licensed craft cannabis grower and infuser. Flora is a commercial cannabis cultivator and processor that blends process and technology together for a superior product. With over 100+ years of combined experience in the cannabis industry, our team prides itself on creating exceptional offerings and developing personal relationships with Dispensaries around the state of Illinois. We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Manager to manage key customer accounts, and ensure alignment between sales, operations, and production planning. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency through accurate forecasting and account planning. Key Responsibilities: • Account & Customer Management, • Oversee major customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships., • Partner with account managers to develop tailored account strategies and growth plans., • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally., • Sales Forecasting & Planning, • Develop accurate sales forecasts and monitor backlog to ensure timely order fulfillment., • Collaborate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to align sales plans with production capacity and inventory availability., • Lead account planning initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer retention., • Operational Alignment, • Translate sales forecasts into actionable production and operational requirements., • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments., • Track performance against forecasts and adjust strategies to meet revenue and margin goals., • Reporting & Analytics, • Monitor sales KPIs and pipeline health, providing regular reporting to senior leadership., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)., • 5+ years of sales management experience, including account management and team leadership., • Proven ability to develop sales forecasts and align sales with operational planning., • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills., • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and company objectives., • Hands-on leadership style that develops and motivates teams., • Strong collaborator across sales, operations, and production functions., • Results-oriented with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.Company DescriptionFlora Arbor LLC was awarded a craft grow license by the Illinois Department of Agriculture in 2021 as a social equity applicant.
