These goals will be agreed upon at the beginning of the year between the F&I Manager and GM and will be reviewed quarterly and adjusted based on performance, • Should constantly be training as a Sales Manager, • Working as a sales professional when needed, • Ensuring all finance paperwork is correct per lender guideline and boundaries, • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
