This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while enabling our Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to operate efficiently at scale. You will manage complex interview logistics, maintain ATS integrity, support recruiting reporting, and gradually take ownership of background check and onboarding coordination processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, comfort operating in fast-paced environments, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously. While the primary focus will be supporting Technical Recruiting, this role may also flex to support business hiring as needed.
